Lightweight but sturdy, with easy adjustment and compactability to fit inside backpacks, luggage and more, the one-size-fits-all, gender-specific 2012 Atlas Lock Jaw 3-piece snowshoe poles are ready for any snowshoeing or skiing adventure. With a 7075 aluminum shaft, these poles are super light (weighing just 18 oz. per pair) and durable, and telescope down to fit easily in a pack or travel bag. Adjustment is simpler than ever with Atlas Snowshoes LockJaw Clamp Mechanism, which is easy to open or close even with mittens, for on-the-fly adjustment that accommodates snowshoers of all heights. The Atlas LockJaw 3 poles also feature contoured, gender-specific EVA foam grips (the women’s version is the Elektra), padded neoprene straps, tungsten carbide tips, and snow baskets, these poles are ergonomic and comfortable, with plenty of bite and flotation, too. Atlas LockJaw 3 poles also work great for summer hiking.ORDERING NOTES
