Highly versatile 2010 backcountry ski package for all types of terrain. Your primary focus is on downhill turns in fresh powder but you understand that kicking and gliding on packed surfaces to get to the fresh powder is par for the course. Skis have a camber that falls in between nordic skis and telemark skis, have full metal edges and a waxless ski base to handle all conditions and vertical. 3-pin 75mm bindings with heel stabilizing cable and stiff boots to power through deep snow and carve telemark turns.
Karhu XCD 10th Mountain backcountry skis
The full metal edged 2010 Karhu 10th Mountain skis are a wide platform waxless backcountry ski for great flotation on deep soft snow and fresh powder and includes slightly stiffer camber for more versatility in varying snow conditions to retain responsive downhill performance and touring efficiency. Executes dynamic telemark turns on the way down. Full metal edges and solid grip for control when breaking trail and climbing.

Voile 3-Pin 75mm & Telemark Cable ski bindings
The 2010 Voile 3-pin 75mm Cable telemark / backcountry ski bindings deliver the control and performance demanded for executing and carving rock solid backcountry turns on all types of vertical and snow types, from deep powder to hardpack and icy conditions. Cable easily removes for improved efficiency when kicking and climbing and/or skinning up ascents.

The 2010 Alpina BC 1575 75mm 3-pin is for any backcountry skier seeking a great combination of warmth, comfort and control for flawless performance all day & every day in varying terrain and snow conditions. The 75mm sole and stiff construction powers through the crud & deep fluff and will serve up sweet telemark turns on all but the trickiest descents. Compatible with any 3 pin 75mm nordic ski bindings.

(B) Rossignol BCX11 Backcountry Ski Boots
The 2010 Rossignol BCX11 ski boots are the choice for the highest performance backcountry skiers. The extra high sturdy plastic cuff allows for unbelievable telemark turning on even the trickiest descents. Whereas a full plastic boot can be too heavy and stiff for touring long distances, and a full leather boot can fall short of offering enough support for telemark turns in deep snow and extreme conditions, the hybrid design of the Rossignol BC X11 is the perfect blend of the two. Compatible with any 75mm backcountry-telemark nordic ski bindings.
