The 2012 Black Diamond TeleKneesis Kneepads are teleski kneepads that offer critical protection when dropping the knee. The Black Diamond TeleKneesis knee pads will protect those important bones and inner parts - patella, shin and lower thigh - from rocks, stumps and any other hidden obstacles. Also saves the knees from contacting the skis directly. Engineered with articulated, 3-panel design and includes a high-impact plastic shell and molded 3-dimensional foam lined with brushed polyester to wick moisture and provide a comfortable fit.
Black Diamond is the only manufacturer that has solved the age-old problem of keeping the kneepads to stay up and in place. The solution eliminates the stretching of elastic bands by using cam-buckle straps so the kneepads stay in place on your knees and provide extra protection for your lower thigh and upper shin.
The BD TeleKeneesis telemark kneepads are designed with a low-profile shape that perfectly matches the specific dynamics of telemark skiing and fits easily under ski clothing layers. Ask anyone – it’s simply the standard for tele knee pads, period.
