The 2012 Fischer RC5 NNN skate ski boots are top level skate boots for athletes of all levels of racing and sport-performance seeking maximum support, comfort, efficiency and function. Whether you are a beginning skate skier with high-performance on your mind, active recreational skate skier or advanced, competitive race level, you will appreciate the comfortable fit, ease of entry and exit, excellent ankle support and high level of stability that the Fischer RC5 skate ski boots offer.
These Fischer skate boots are loaded with features designed to deliver the best possible experience on all skate ski trail snow conditions and terrain. The Fischer RC5 skate boots include the proprietary Fisher Skis stable and ergonomic Twin Skin boot liner that is configured with a water-repellent outer boot and a Thermo Fit heel pocket that offers exceptional inner boot cushioning and insulation. Custom molds to your specific foot after just a few outings (conveniently uses your own body heat for the custom fit process). The custom fit is then held in place with advanced World Cup proven Speed Lock lacing for a firm hold that eliminates heel slip (a common problem with other skating boot models).
Further customizing can be achieved with the integrated Canting feature, which allows for medial or lateral adjustment of the upper cuff to optimize position of the lower leg for the best stability, ensuring boot directs the ski flat on the snow surface for a longer skate glide phase. The Flex Cuff directs energy to the ski and provides exceptional side hold while allowing for free movement from front to back. EVA cushioning on the inside of the Flex Cuff improves comfort and distributes pressure more evenly. The R3 PU sole is a true skate sole designed to optimize stability and torsional stiffness. Unisex design. Compatible with any NNN / NNN NIS skate ski bindings.
