The 2009 Karhu Glide Cross Country Ski Poles combine great value and superb features that include padded straps and tapered aluminum shafts. Easy strap adjustment to fit gloves and mittens of all sizes. Straps stay in adjusted position and won't slide either. The Karhu Glide ski poles offer a well-balanced, solid choice for all-around recreational touring whether on groomed ski tracks at a nordic center or adventuring on logging roads, snowmobile trails or blazing your own route. Strong and durable, yet lightweight, tapered 6061 aluminum ski pole shafts with ergonomically shaped, dual material ski pole grips for a comfortable hand position. Touring style ski pole baskets on the Karhu Glide nordic ski poles work great both in track and off-trail exploring in the deep stuff. Universal recreational touring and backcountry ski poles that are great for a classic style kick and glide stride and assisting on uphills whether on groomed trails or remote locations in deep untracked powder.
