Purchased 2 identical complete custom ski packages (one for wife, other for self). Best prices compared to local outdoors/sporting goods stores & other online retailers. Equally important, everything was in stock. Don't have to shop around for skis or boots to fit two people with different size & weight criteria - esp. since wife is petite. Some retailers don't even stock smaller sized boots or skis rated for lighter skiers. Those that do, charge a premium. Customer service was great - responding promptly to my question. Quick turnaround, considering shipping was free. Ordered on Sun and arrived on Wed. Contents were packaged well, and arrived in great shape. Awesome website - packed with lots of information, q&a from other customers, video reviews/tutorials, etc..... Very helpful with respect to assembling my own custom ski package. Very happy with my purchase, and overall shopping experience. Will definitely shop ORS Cross Country Skis again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase.

Just ordered Fischer 62 Spider skis and Rottefella NNN BC Auto cross-country bindings. Chris in Customer Service was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient to all email inquiries. ORS truly goes beyond the expected in service! I can't wait to get my new skis and go XC ski! Believe it or not I have been skiing on old wooden Bonna's - 3 pin bindings for years. They have served me well, but really I deserved a new set of skis!?!!
