The ultimate 2013 out-the-back-door explorer ski package for encountering all types of terrain and snow conditions. Liveliest skis with full metal edges and waxless base for superb grip and maneuvering in hard and icy conditions. Warm and comfortable ski boots with balanced flex and stiffness adapts well to both pleasurable kick and glide, even in groomed ski tracks, and carving dynamic turns on the downhills - even telemark turns if desired.
Rossignol BC 65 exploring skis
The 2013 Rossignol BC65 Positrack skis are not too fat and not too skinny, but just right for great flotation, control and ease of use. Very fun, all-around backwoods exploring waxless skis with full metal edges for confident turns, stability and balance on traverses and ice too. Have fun discovering how thrilling it is to adventure off and break your own trail! Performs nicely in ski tracks as well. sidecut (width of skis): 65mm tip - 53mm waist - 60mm tail / Available in 165cm, 175cm, 185cm and 195cm sizes.

Rottefella NNN BC Auto ski bindings
The 2013 Rottefella BC Automatic is designed for use on today's wider platform backcountry touring skis. The automatic ski boot entry and exit mechanism provides convenience with a firm and secure toe hold. Ideal for performance turning and maneuverability in even the roughest terrain and snow conditions. The wide platform footplate aids in flotation in very deep snow and powder. The versatile width also allows the ski bindings to fit within groomed nordic ski tracks. Compatible with any BC NNN ski boots.

The 2013 Rossignol BCX2 are versatile, all-around backcountry ski boots for blazing trails during out-the-back door exploration and backwoods adventure. Plenty of support and warmth to handle varying backcountry terrain on narrow to mid-width light duty backcountry skis with or without metal edges, but has enough forward flex for kick and glide cruising on snowmobile trails or tracks at the local nordic ski touring center. Unisex design. Compatible with any NNN BC / BC Magnum ski bindings.

(B) Men's Alpina BC 1550 NNN backcountry ski boots

The 2013 Alpina BC 1550 backcounty ski boots offer the perfect combination of warmth, comfort and control for flawless performance all day & every day in varying terrain and snow conditions. The NNN BC sole is slightly softer than the Alpina BC 1575 version and offers more flex for those favoring more backcountry trekking than very steep pitch descents. Stiff construction delivers confident downhill turns, even telemark turns if commanded, as well as powering through the crud and deep fluff. Compatible with any NNN BC / BC Magnum ski bindings.
