The 2008 Rossignol BC 70 Backcountry Skis are a wide backcountry touring ski designed primarily for off track use but still work well in ski tracks if desired. The nice wide platform of the Rossignol BC70 skis will float you on top of the deep, soft stuff and have a generous sidecut for easy turning. The waxless, extruded base makes maintenance simple with very little upkeep required. These waxless skis also offer both pleasant gliding and excellent grip characteristics. These are all-around backcountry skis for the adventurous skier. With a slightly shorter length than old school traditional backcountry sizes, combined with full metal edges, these skis handle all conditions like crust, cruddy hardpack, deep fluff and ice with ease. Backcounty touring, exploring and turning has never been more fun!

These backcountry / telemark skis are compatible with any NNN, SNS or 75mm-3pin/telemark binding systems.
Recommended Use:
All-around adventure and backcountry exploring, and will also work fine in ski tracks and snowmobile trails too. Wide platform and full metal edges offer superb performance in all conditions including deep powder and ice. Downhill thrill seekers will also love the generous sidecut for carving great turns.
