The 2012 Rossignol X5 NNN cross country ski boots combine excellent ankle and heel support with maximum comfort and warmth for all day nordic touring bliss. The Rossignol X5 is also packed with features that active recreational touring skiers will really appreciate. Great flex for an efficient and powerful classic kick and glide stride in groomed ski tracks. Includes the Rossignol Thermo-Adjustable Fit which is a thermo-sensitive liner that, when heated during exercise, molds to the shape of the foot for a precise custom fit for maximum comfort and feel. The high-top design of the Rossignol X5 xc ski boots provides excellent ankle support and will also provide enough stability for the occasional adventure into untracked snow to explore and break your own trail.
The plastic heel counter and the fixed upper cuff with wrap around strap work together to provide excellent ankle support and enough stability for cruising in ski tracks or off exploring and breaking your own trail. Speed Lock lace system means no lacing and simple to use - even with gloves or mittens on - for snug, all-day comfort. With a mesh quick dry lining, your feet will be warm and dry all day long. Lace cover flap adds warmth and prevents snow and water from entering the boot. Activ’ Control Concept heel design provides excellent support and enhances ski stability and control. Compatible with NNN style ski bindings.
