The Swix VG30 Blue Base Wax - VG030 is designed to be used as the first layer for all hard waxes in the Swix V-Line and VR-Line of kick waxes in new, fine grained snow in order to hold the hard waxes much longer to the ski base. The Swix VG030 Base Binder is a flexible and practical base wax for the Swix V-Line and VR-Line hard waxes in conditions of 30 degrees Farhenheit or colder. To be used when the snow is characteristically new and fine grained. Simply rub on the Swix VG30 Blue Base Binder wax and iron in. Then let cool 15 minutes and cork smooth before applying the Swix VR-Line or Swix V-Line hard wax of choice for the day.
